Engineered Shapes, Inc. a Domestic Foundry and Machining Facility has been in continuous operation since 1966. We produce Sand and Permanent Mold Aluminum Castings at our facility in Garfield, NJ. Since 1990 we have developed Strategic Offshore Alliances, which have enabled us to remain competitive, cost effective, and viable in this Global Economy. Although in large part we bring product from offshore, we successfully maintain LOCAL ACCOUNTABILITY.

Manufacturing of a variety of products including Outdoor Architectural, Recreational, Industrial, Commercial, Hi Tech, Military, Automotive, Consumer, Construction/Heating and Ventilation (HVAC) components, and tools are among the few areas of our expertise. We service OEM’s, replacement parts manufacturers, and master warehouse distributors.

In addition we can also provide calendered, laminated, or coated vinyl or neoprene on nylon, polyester or fiberglass flexible materials. Products include HVAC flexible joint fabrics, tarpaulin, tent material, conveyor belts, gym dividers/backdrops, v belts, and much more.
